Application Development : Product Manager – Test & Measurement (TD)

Your tasks

• Keep track with market development trend and demands, identify potential customers and market. define and segment target Taiwan customers’ applications and market to develop the promotion strategy for the related products/test solutions.
• Formulate marketing plan for new product launch in Taiwan market, coordinate cross-department resources and prepare selling tools to facilitate sales promotion and business development.
• Collaborate with Munich headquarter, Greater China Hub and local Sales/AE/Marketing for regular feedback and alignment in terms of local market demands, user experiences, market status and penetration strategy …etc.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree, majored in electronic/electrical engineering, telecommunication, microwave technology.
• Experience in instrument operations, e.g. Oscilloscope, Power Supply/SMU, Logical Analyzer, EMI Receiver, Network Analyzer and High-speed digital interface, Power electronics related field and signal/power integrity engineering knowledge
• Familiar with T&M, mobile comm., electronics field. Understand market and customers in the field well, at least 5 years of experience in role of application engineer. Priority for electric T&M instrument Sales/product marketing background.
• Sensitive to market domestically and globally. Have the ability to analyze and synthesize market development trend and propose business development priorities innovatively.
• Self-motivated. Work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good master of spoken and written English
