Your tasks

Execute and optimize social marketing, generate reports and analysis, use findings to improve social marketing performance. 運營和優化社交媒體行銷系統，通過定期報告和資料分析持續改進社交媒體的市場推廣表現
Digital media planning, evaluation, implementation and expenses monitoring. Experienced in programmatic advertising. 數位媒體規劃、評估、執行、費用控制，有程式化廣告運營經驗
Implementation and scheduling of online activities such as webinar or virtual exhibition. 執行及規劃線上活動，比如線上研討會或是虛擬展覽
Make video and enhance digital marketing promotion via video content. 製作影片並運用影片內容提升數位行銷的效果
Edit and maintain company website. 公司網站的編輯與維護
Develop innovative digital marketing solutions to empower digital marketing promotion. 開發創新性數位行銷方法，持續加強數位行銷的市場推廣能力
Customer journey monitoring and data analysis bases on sales automation system. Provide insights to management to conduct continual improvement on leads quality and leads delivering process. 通過對行銷自動化系統和資料庫的資料分析及對客戶旅程的觀察，向公司管理層提出關於持續改進Leads品質和相關流程的建設性方案

Your qualifications

5+ year experience in B2B marketing and 3+ year experience in digital marketing from strategy to tactics and implementation. 擁有從制定策略到項目具體實施的5年以上B2B市場行銷及3年以上數位行銷實戰經驗
Digital media planning, evaluation, implementation and expenses monitoring. Experienced in programmatic advertising. 數位媒體規劃、評估、執行、費用控制，有程式化廣告運營經驗
Proven experience in running social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Line, YouTube, LinkedIn and etc. 擁有運營社交媒體的經驗，包括但不限於Facebook, Line, YouTube, LinkedIn等
Experience in CRM operation. 熟悉CRM系統/平臺功能
Project experience in digital marketing innovation. 擁有數位行銷創新的專案經驗
Experience in website, plan and execute. 擁有網站規劃與執行相關經驗
Excellent sense of innovative digital marketing solutions, passionate about trying new things. 在數位行銷方面具有創新精神，富有激情，關注並善於發現新的行銷方法，助力業務發展
Ability to deliver high-quality executions, and possess. 強而有力的執行力和對工作的掌控力
Excellent communication skills to work with cross functions teams. 優秀的溝通能力和跨部門合作能力
Excellent in logical thinking and data analysis. 清晰，有優秀的數據分析能力
Proficiency with video editing software is a plus. 精通影片剪輯軟體優先
Experience in organizing physical events is a plus. 同時具有實體活動舉辦經驗者加分
