Drive the next generation of >100 GHz MMICs—lead cutting‑edge RF characterization, turn complex data into design breakthroughs, and accelerate performance from wafer to market.

Your tasks

  • You will plan, execute, and evaluate high‑frequency and mmWave measurements on MMICs operating above 100 GHz.
  • You will independently perform on‑wafer tests using a wafer probe station, including load‑pull, S‑parameter, noise, and other on‑die characterizations.
  • You will develop, maintain, and continuously improve measurement methods, test setups, and automation scripts to increase accuracy and throughput.
  • You will analyse measurement results and feed the findings back to the design team, performing debugging and root‑cause analysis as needed.
  • You will support process‑voltage‑temperature (PVT) analyses, corner‑validation activities, and overall performance assessments of the MMICs.
  • You will prepare detailed technical reports and provide release recommendations based on the characterization data.
  • You will work closely with design and system engineering groups to iterate and optimise the MMIC architecture.
  • You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of measurement processes and reduce cycle times through best‑practice implementation.
