Material Management and Logistics : Supply Chain Executive (Logistics)

Your tasks

• Handle inbound and outbound shipment according to the delivery schedule plan.
• Preparing all shipping documents such as COO, Permits, DG declaration and etc to forwarder/carriers
• Liaise and coordinate with f reight forwarders, carriers on delivery date and pickups
• Perform customs permit declarations in an accurate and timely manner with full compliance.
• Liaise with shipper(s) to handle damage survey and claims if any
• Coordinate in product End of Live (EOL) activities, with emphasized on the appropriate supply chain activities.
• Analyze SCM reports periodically, to investigate discrepancies and/or recommend and deliver cost and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist and participate in the ongoing Supply Chain Operations Improvement process together with the project team.
• Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
• Ad-hoc Supply Chain tasks assigned.

Your qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree equivalent in Logistics or equivalent
• At least 5 years of related experience in Supply Chain/Logistics functions preferably in a manufacturing, fast paced environment
• Proficient in SAP R3 SD/MM Modules
• Good knowledge and experience in handling Incoterm
• Knowledge in Strategic Goods Documentation and control
• Proficient in Microsoft t Office, especially in MS excel
• Customer-oriented focus and mindset.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English
• Mature and has a team player attitude while being able to work independently.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and to motivate and achieve a good working relationship with personnel at all levels
