Manufacturing : Process Technician (Solder Wave and Depaneling)

Your tasks

• Operate solder wave with precision and expertise to ensure the highest quality output
• Program soldering profiles and design pallets for wave soldering
• Perform inspection on the quality of the soldering results and take corrective action if necessary to ensure high-quality output
• Collaborate closely with the Manual Assembly team and support the assembly of THT components
• Operate and program the depaneling machines for PCBAs and evaluate the result
• Assist in the production assembly of products and adherence to quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area with a focus on safety and efficiency

Your qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of wave solder process, with the ability to operate a machine with precision and expertise
• Experience in the programming of soldering profiles and the creation of production pallets for solder waves
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and accurately
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with operators, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and be part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility
