Application Development : Test Application Development (Team Coordinator)

Your tasks

• Team Leadership and Organization:
• Lead multidisciplinary team of test development engineers of software engineers, hardware engineers, and technician.
• Lead and manage a team with versatile or complex tasks concerning technology and organization within predefined goals and guidelines.
• Plan and allocate personnel and select, assess, and facilitate the hiring of new employees following established methods.
• Maintain and expand external contacts with headquarters and customers and conduct regular team communication.
• Promote collaboration, inclusivity and open communication within team.
• Quality and Supplier Fulfillment:
• Ensure quality and supplier fulfillment through the efficient use of machinery, materials, and operating resources within predefined goals and frameworks.
• Manufacturing and Process Optimization:
• Coordinate manufacturing and optimize workflows within given goals.
• Distribute and coordinate tasks and resolve technical and organizational issues.
• Reallocate workflows and resources in response to disruptions and shortages.
• Employee Development and Motivation:
• Instruct, promote, motivate, and evaluate employees following established methods.
• Initiate disciplinary measures according to legal guidelines.
• Foster individual employee development and conduct regular employee discussions.
• Ensure the development of future leaders and assign challenging new tasks.
• Technological Development and Project Management:
• Develop testing strategies, concepts, create and follow roadmaps within predefined goals.
• Execute projects with various departments and improve processes.
• Provide development support and initiate standardization projects for software and hardware.
• Project Planning and execution:
• Oversee multiple test application development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Plan project scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholder.
• Distribute and coordinate tasks and resolve technical and organizational issues.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or challenges.
• Test Development:
• Lead the implementation of test solution for software and hardware system.
• Ensure test system meet performance, reliability and compliance standards.
• Change Management:
• Identify the need for change and recognize opportunities.
• Establish clear goals for the changes, with milestone, timeline and deliverables.
• Allocate resources & implement change and monitor progress and sustain.

Your qualifications

• Significant history in test application development, testing, and experience in leading teams more than 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in EE/Computer Engineering or any relevant field
• Excellent verbal/written skills for stakeholder updates and team collaboration.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to resolve complex issues.
• Fostering collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
• Flexibility to learn new tech and adapt to changing project needs.
• Aligning testing efforts with business objectives.
• Deep knowledge of test planning, strategy, risk-based testing, and defect management.
