Albert has held various positions at R&S, including Support and Systems Engineer, Senior Engineer and Project Manager. More recently, Albert is Head of Operations for Mobile Network Testing APAC Support. In this dual role as Head of Support and Regional Technical Pre-Sales Team Leader, Albert’s focus is on technical and market developments. Albert holds degrees in engineering, information communications and business from Nanyang Technological University.
