Information Technology : PMO Analyst & Project Controller

Your tasks

• 1. Financial Control (Project Controlling)
• Monitor money spent on projects (actuals) versus what was planned (budget).
• Work with Project Managers to estimate and update monthly financial forecasts.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring we know exactly how much has been spent versus what was planned.
• Identify where and why a project is over or under budget and report this to ATC leadership.
• Help the ATC PM Director and the ATC PMs to update monthly financial forecasts.
• Check that the project team is booking their hours correctly to the right Internal Orders. 2. ATC major programs support
• Gather data from different team members to create simple, clear timesheets status reports for the programs.
• Manage the administrative travel-related controlling process.
• Handle internal administrative tasks specific to KG requirements, ensuring we remain compliant with the requested standards.
• Organize and store critical project documents so the team can find what they need, when they need it. 3. General PMO Support
• Schedule important project reviews, take clear minutes, and follow up to make sure action items get done.
• Help new project managers get set up with access to our tools, templates, and server folders.
• Spot areas where we are wasting time and suggest simpler ways to perform some activities.

Your qualifications

• Previous 3–5 years of experience in a Project Support, PMO, Financial Analyst role or office administration.
• Strong skills in Excel (for budgets) and PowerPoint (for reports). SAP usage is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Project management tools.
• Experience with PowerBI is a strong plus for creating dashboards.
• Highly organized, Comfortable chasing busy people for status updates or timesheets without being aggressive, and comfortable handling sensitive financial data.
• Ability to explain financial issues to non-financial Project Managers.
• Attention to detail: You spot errors in numbers and dates that others miss.
• Can write and speak clearly, explaining complex numbers in a way that is easy to understand.
