System Development : Test Engineer (d/m/w) Air Traffic Control

Your tasks

• Deploy and test IP based voice communications systems.
• Development of test plans according to program and customer requirements.
• Create and execute test cases on our ATC product portfolio, including test scripts to be used for automatic testing, regression testing and performance testing.
• Generate test reports, problem/defect reports, performance measurements reports, etc.
• Analyze results and investigate issues.
• Work with design team to maintain verification requirements traceability matrix.
• Work closely with R&D teams based in Europe and North America.

Your qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Systems test experience in telecom/networking industry in combination with strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Very good knowledge of IP networks (e.g. routing, switching, Tcpdump/Wireshark tools etc.), including configuration, software deployments and virtualization.
• Networking skills on Cisco switches or similar, including knowledge of protocols such as SIP, RTP, R2S.
• Telecommunication knowledge and a good understanding of VOIP protocols.
• Experience with scripting tools, analysis tools, test automation tools, SNMP.
• Knowledge of ED-137 specifications would be appreciated.
• Fluent English and Travel (international) is required.
