System Engineer - Defense, Critical Infrastructures for Hungary

Your tasks

• Provide technical pre-sales and project engineering support for defense and critical infrastructure communication projects, with a strong focus on mission critical radio communication systems and ATC radio technologies.
• Support the sales team during customer meetings, technical workshops, solution presentations and requirement clarification phases.
• Analyze customer operational and technical requirements and translate them into system-level solution concepts and technical architecture.
• Prepare technical documentations, system design and engineering proposals for tenders.
• Support technical activities during implementation phase, including integration planning, factory and site acceptance tests in cooperation with the project internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide necessary engineering support for maintenance and troubleshooting, risk identifications.
• Being part of the company site security organization - upon request -, obtaining a personal security clearance according to the legal expectations of the Authority (www.nbf.hu, also 90/2010. (III. 26.) government decree about NBF and classified data handling).

Your qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Experience with professional radio communication systems, ATC communication, TETRA/UHF/VHF/mobile cellular radio systems, IP networking.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate effectively with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and documentation skill in both Hungarian and English
• Hungarian nationality, native Hungarian, advanced English is a must
• Strong team player who is also able to work independently
• A 3+ years of relevant working experience in such technical projects for business to business, defense, law enforcement, critical infrastructure customers is a strong advantage.
