Telematic units can contain multiple RF systems, e.g. cellular multiband antennas for LTE-A, 3G, CDMA2000®, 2G and non-cellular technologies such as WLAN, Bluetooth® and various GNSS systems.

In production, it is necessary to calibrate and verify telematics units in non-signaling mode across all supported wireless interfaces, including LTE, GSM, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, CDMA2000, WLAN incl. 802.11p, Bluetooth® and GNSS. This requires a highly flexible tester.
