In today’s mobile networks, multiple technologies ranging from 2G to 5G are present, and the quality experienced by the end-users varies widely. But how to efficiently get an accurate and transparent overview of the network status in a region, or even at a country-wide level?
This poster visualizes our harmonized, ETSI TR 103 559 based test methodology. The integrative scoring method aggregates the main technical KPIs of the most popular services in mobile networks into a single score – the Network Performance Score (NPS). This fully transparent approach reduces complexity by offering both a high-level management view based on a single QoE-centric score and a problem-spot view, realized with direct drill down options from the NPS down to the application layer, to technical KPIs and single failed test samples.
