We are looking for an Order Processing Expert to join our European Order Processing team.
Your primary mission will be to ensure excellence and fluidity in processing, tracking and managing the entire sales and purchase order cycle, ensuring maximum internal accuracy and efficiency.
You will process sales and purchase orders from our product portfolio for all European subsidiaries, including Spain. Together with the team, you will help establish a new European way of working, share knowledge and experience between countries and contribute to the continuous development of our order management processes.
Tasks
- Process and comprehensively track sales and purchase orders in the SAP management system for all European subsidiaries, including Spain
- Working in accordance with common European processes, standards and priorities
- Support continuous improvement of the standard order processing process
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the operation of order management in Europe
- Route incoming orders to the most appropriate processing equipment
- Working closely with the Order Processing Europe team
