Your tasks:

Analyze, understand the business field and the market of assigned accounts to find business opportunities
Understand both technical and business needs of customers and provide most appropriate and valuable solutions
Through valuable information and/or solution and consistent dialog with customers, gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs and build a long-term partnership
Achieve annual quota and develop mid-to long term opportunities through proactive approach
Responsible for sales of our products and services of Test & Measurement equipment
Technical consulting and intensive support of our customers in the industry sector
Preparation of offers and tracking of transactions for the purpose of order acquisition
Maintaining customer contacts and expanding the existing customer base

Your qualifications:

More than 3 years relevant experiences
Ability to anticipate industry and market needs, present individual R&S value proposition to customers
Conduct environmental analysis, make and implement a plan autonomously and make timely improvement to achieve goals
Experiences and/or knowledge in electronics industry
Good communication (Japanese: verbal and written)
Willingness to empathize R&S Value and Corporate culture and commit to represent R&S in front of customer
Knowledge and experience in Test & Measurement or RF field is preferable
Good command of Japanese is mandatory
Good communication in English is preferable
