Your tasks

  • • Build a pipeline and close new business in the Aerospace and Defense market segment. • Identify and create new sales opportunities and nurture the install base • Be the primary sales contact for Test & Measurement products for allocated customers in the Aerospace and Defense market • Develop a market expansion strategy and lead its execution • Analyze and create commercial and technical proposals by analyzing and understanding customer needs • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, as well as aid them, in order to ensure the project's success • Maintain sales orders and customers records in the CRM system

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical or equivalent fields of studies with broad experience in Sales • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in technical sales for Test & Measurement products - Preferred • Aerospace and Defense market experience from one of the leading Israeli Defense companies or the IDF – Preferred • An understanding of current electronic industry technologies (particularly Aerospace and Defense technologies) • The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling, an intense focus on customer service, and an overwhelming desire to succeed • Excellent communication (written & spoken in Hebrew and English) and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills and sales forecasting ability • Strong team player who is also able to work independently • Effective ability to work with people of different levels address issues and to attain amicable solutions • Account knowledge and experience with Aerospace and Defense primes is highly desired
