Your tasks

Working with our team to build performant modern C++ applications for integration with our VNA firmware
Working closely with our industry experts to convert their high-level ideas into work products suitable for our instruments
Working with modeling tools such as Matlab with the goal of transforming high-level algorithms into performant C++ code
Shepherding code through a complete development process, including requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, and integration

Your qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong background in using the tools of the general engineering trade for modeling and algorithm development with a specific goal of converting those implementations into C++
BS in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent educational certificate. - Coding experience in Matlab or numerical Python
Coding experience in C++ (preferred) or similar OO language
(Highly desirable) A working knowledge of highly performant coding techniques such as multi-threading, parallel computation, SIMD instructions, or GPU programming
Enthusiasm to work on technically challenging projects and to quickly learn/grow in the process
Effective communication skills with both internal and external customers and colleagues
Occasional travel to European and U.S. locations.
Candidates must be current US residents with valid work authorization.
