Ensuring C-V2X performance from the lab to the proving ground

Because C-V2X enables safety-critical functions, its correct operation must be ensured even in the most demanding environments such as a built up city and in dense traffic.

Ensuring C-V2X works in the real world, starts in the development lab. The function of chipsets, modules and devices can be verified using a radio communication tester to emulate the C-V2X network. A signal generator then creates the GNSS signal. Scenario editor software enables the user to define complex environments. The test system is capable of emulating a wide range of complex traffic and RF environments; not only ideal conditions but also challenging ones.

Watch this video to follow the test process from lab to proving ground using the same equipment for consistency of results and efficient use of test resources.
