The R&S®CMW100 communications manufacturing test set is a trendsetting product for calibrating and verifying mobile phones. The R&S®CMW100 is ideal for use in fully automated robotic production lines.
Universal non-signaling test set incl. 5G NR at sub 6 GHz
The R&S®CMW wideband radio communication tester offers universal, efficient test solutions for all modern cellular and non-cellular standards. The R&S®CMW is the world’s most widely used T&M platform for development, production and service. It meets all of the requirements for a state-of-theart wireless communication tester. The R&S®CMW can also emulate network operation under realistic conditions for protocol and RF tests.
This document provides the technical specifications of the R&S®CMW100 Communications Manufacturing Test Set (model K03) - Order No. 1201.0002K03.
This document provides the technical specifications of the R&S®CMW100 Communications Manufacturing Test Set (model K06) - Order No. 1201.0002K06.
Demystifying 5G - Ready for testing 5G NR sub-6 GHz devices in production with the R&S CMW100 The R&S®CMW100 communications manufacturing test set with a supported bandwidth of 160 MHz is ready for testing initial 5G NR sub-6 GHz wireless devices in production. 3GPP's 5G NR will support frequency ranges up to 52.6 GHz, but initial 5G designs will use frequencies below 6 GHz with focus on 3.5 GHz.
Versatile Software Tool for Rohde & Schwarz InstrumentsRSCommander is a versatile software tool for a wide range of Rohde & Schwarz spectrum-, network analyzers, signal generators and oscilloscopes. It allows for automatic instrument discovery, making screenshots, reading traces, file transfer and simple script creation.
Before devices can be used in a LoRaWANTM network, they must among other things meet country-specific wireless communications regulations. This application note shows developers and manufacturers of devices with LoRa wireless technology how transmitter measurements are conducted in line with FCC Part 15.247. It also describes how important receiver characteristics can be verified by metrological means. In this context, battery life in particular plays a key role in IoT applications. A further chapter describes how current consumption of LoRa wireless modules can be measured reliably.
This document describes Bluetooth Low Energy RF over-the-air RX and TX measurements using advertising channels for communication with Bluetooth Low Energy devices. With the R&S®CMW-KD611 software option, the R&S CMW tester is able to perform a large number of Bluetooth Low Energy RF tests without operating in the Direct Test Mode. The Bluetooth® word mark and logos are registered trademarks owned by Bluetooth SIG, Inc. and any use of such marks by Rohde & Schwarz is under license.
