Your tasks

  • Targeted business development activities geared towards our short term and long-term business initiatives
  • Responsible for overall sales order and growth targets in Thailand
  • Be a trusted consultant for customers in relevant and latest technologies / trends
  • Informs about market requirements and collaborate / exchange business matters to an international team
  • Local Partner and customer management
  • Carry out the sales / business plans and strategic initiatives
  • Analyze customer requirements, drive and coordinate preparation of commercial proposals
  • Maintenance of existing customer contacts and establishing new contacts
  • Tracking processes with the aim of winning orders
  • Work closely with R&S Headquarter and product divisions on complete system solutions , configurations, pricing and report details to management required
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Telecommunication or Electronics or relevant field of studies
  • At least 10 years sales experience handling Civil, Governmental / Military accounts
  • Experience and expertise in negotiating contracts
  • Strong channel management and business development skills
  • Good command of written and spoken in English
  • Great social and networking skills
  • Resourceful, proactive and independent
  • Effective ability to work with people of different levels to address issues and to attend amicable solutions
  • Excellent attitude
