We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Account Manager to expand and optimize the growth of our indirect sales through our Partner Business. This role is responsible for expanding channel partnerships and directly engaging with key customers to drive revenue, increase market share and strengthen brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel management, technical sales, and business development in the Test and Measurement industry, with a deep understanding of industry applications and customer challenges.

Your tasks

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with distributors, resellers, and value-added partners in target regions.
  • Ensure channel partners are aligned with the company's strategic growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with distributors for key industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, industrial automation, and electronics).
  • Track channel performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Monitor partner performance using KPIs such as revenue contribution, lead conversion, and market penetration.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner business (both Rental and Distribution preferred), or channel management in the Test & Measurement industry.
  • Strong understanding of Test & Measurement equipment, applications, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to influence and train, acting as a trusted advisor to partners.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills, analytical abilities to interpret data (POS), market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer requirements.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and data analytics.
  • Willingness to travel (30-50%) for customer/partner meetings, trade shows, and business development activities.

The total compensation for this position is $185K-$240K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
