With a growing product portfolio and customer base, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic application engineer that will thrive in a busy sales environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in supporting our sales team across a European region to achieve ambitious revenue growth objectives. You must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, be comfortable presenting and discussing our technical solutions.
Your tasks
- The successful candidate will be responsible for technical support, both pre and post sales. They will cover the test and measurement product portfolio across a number of application areas focusing on high speed digital design, power electronics and signal integrity. The candidate will be one of the main points of contact for internal and external customers, providing technical assistance and solutions, delivered via telephone, email and on-site visits. In pre-sales, the successful candidate will be able to identify and guide the customer to the correct solution through technical qualification, including delivery of focused presentations and demonstrations of the equipment. Post sales responsibilities include timely provision of support to customers, for example, providing instrument familiarisation, with hands-on training or helping the customer to ensure that the purchased test solution is optimized for requirements.
