First IEEE 802.11ac signaling tester

Rohde & Schwarz demonstrated the first radio communication tester with IEEE 802.11ac signaling at the GSMA Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona. In signaling mode, users can now use the R&S CMW radio communication tester to analyze not only the RF characteristics of transmitters and receivers, but also applications and the performance of a WLAN connection under realistic conditions in accordance with the IEEE 802.11ac standard. You can now even analyse very complex sequences such as LTE-WLAN traffic offloading or coexistence interference in the DUT.
