Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Capture, qualify and track inbound prospects; convert qualified leads into opportunities
• Conduct outbound calls and market research to uncover fresh business opportunities
• Prepare accurate proposals, keep the sales pipeline up to date and adjust forecasts based on customer feedback
• Schedule calls/meetings for the sales team with existing customers and new prospects
• Provide first line phone support, nurture existing accounts and gather feedback
• Record all interactions, maintain clean data and act as the go to person for CRM questions (Salesforce)
• Monitor the generic sales inbox, triage incoming emails and route them to the right specialist
• Assist with preparation and participation in trade fairs, seminars and other customer facing events
• Support the marketing team in promoting new solutions and collecting market intelligence

Your qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in sales support, inside sales, or a technical field such as electronics or telecom
• Confident telephone communication with clear written and spoken English
• Social, proactive and comfortable with taking the initiative
• Service and marketing oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
• Highly motivated, able to work independently while actively contributing to a collaborative team
• Polish citizenship required
