The remote SCPI commands to switch between 50 Ohm and 1 MOhm input impedance are the following:

• Selecting 1 MOhm:
  CHAN1:COUP DCL
• Selecting 50 Ohm:
  CHAN1:COUP DC

Where CHAN1 stands for the input channel you want to change the input impedance (Here channel 1).
