Manufacturing : Manufacturing Operator - SMT Production

Your tasks

• Perform manual PCB assembly and hand soldering in compliance with IPC Class II standards.
• Assemble through-hole (THT) components for wave soldering operations.
• Conduct inspections of PCB assemblies using optical inspection systems according to established quality criteria.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
• Perform rework and repair of PCB components to meet quality requirements.

Your qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent certification in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in PCB assembly and hand soldering.
• IPC Class II certification or higher (IPC-7711/7721 certification is an advantage).
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform shift work when required.
