Quality Management : Senior Business Process Architect (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• Development, agreement and implementation of cross-functional process usecases which describe how the activities of multiple process domains come together to create a Value Delivery Chain (project execution or product development) output
• Definition of the phase and gate logic and structure, in order to provide pragmatic levels of development control whilst ensuring coherent vertical integration between system hierarchy levels
• Development of an ‘end to end’ information architecture framework supporting the efficient digitalization of the Value Chain activities
• Eliciting, understanding and documenting the stakeholder needs
• Definition of KPIs to measure the Operating Model implementation (maturity) and performance (effectiveness)
• Implementation of the Operating Model, focusing especially on the Organizational Change Management aspects and including stakeholder alignment, communication, training and continuous improvement

Your qualifications

• Formal education and qualification in a technical field, at university or equivalent level.
• Deep experience in at least one of the following disciplines: systems engineering, design engineering, production/operations, procurement/supply chain management; for example, experience in the application or definition of Systems Engineering processes.
• Possess an understanding of the components of an Operating Model and how these components interact.
• Aware of, and able to apply, development methodologies, such as Operating Model Canvas, Six Sigma, or POLISM.
• Demonstratable experience in Value Chain architecture approaches, including interactions between the processes.
• Understand process visualizations and how to describe the way of working, such as BPMN 2.0.
• Fluent in English and basic German skills
