TITLE*- Columbia, MD
Your tasks
- Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. (Columbia, MD) is seeking an Account Manager: take charge of 2 of 4 verticals for R&S in the DFW area, i.e. (Industry, Components and Research) and Wireless Communications. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years’ progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation, to include: 5 years’ experience in time and frequency domain of electronic and radio frequency testing in all its specific applications; 5 years’ experience testing circuits for high speed analog digital converters, DC-DC regulators, characterizing materials and components, and measuring of RF amplifier circuits, on wafer measurements, found radio frequency interferences; 5 years’ experience configuring and operating R&S family of Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, power supplies, and power meters; 5 years’ experience managing the complete Sales cycle from initial customer contact up to purchase order placement; 5 years’ experience in electronics and communications, particularly in radio frequency; 5 years’ experience with communication protocols and broadcast standards; cellular technologies including WCDMA, LTE, and 5G; and SAP, MS Office and sales reporting platforms; and 5 years’ experience working with frequency domain measurement equipment such as signal analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted. Incumbent will be expected to travel 15% of the time on domestic and international trips lasting 1-2 weeks in duration.
