Controlling : Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Your tasks

• Lead a team to bill orders, process invoices, collect payments, resolve missed payments, and update financial records.
• Establish, track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Leads, promotes, and facilitates continuous improvement activities to identify process defects and their frequency of occurrence and provides recommendations for improvement.
• Innovate how people, processes, and systems interact to achieve best in class performance.
• Analyze complex problems regarding receivable billings and collections processes related to cross functional groups including master data, order management, sales tax, etc.
• Provide support and training to the team.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
• Lead, coach, and develop team through the implementation of management systems, development of the team, and development of individuals for maximum career satisfaction.
• Identify, and drive change in SAP or other software applications to optimize processes.
• Work cross-functionally across different departments to solve problems and contribute toward month end closing procedures and reliability of financial reporting.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or similar.
• 7+ years of professional and related experience.
• 2 years leading a team.
• Experience with LEAN management techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills; both spoken and written.
• Able to work with a diverse group of people nationally and internationally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience.
