Your tasks

Responsible for supporting ADT customers’ technical requirements as a key technical expert in Australia.
Manage client projects from end to end including scoping, design, programming, installation and after sales support.
Innovate and develop new ideas, processes and products, including working closely with our R&D Team.
Fulfil daily technical enquiries, be comfortable with talking to and communicating with clients at all levels.
Develop product and software knowledge and provide feedback on customer requirements.
Strong ability to interpret the technical requirements of your clients, define and agree clear outcomes.
Work closely with our BD teams and Application Segment to ensure all time frames and installation deadlines are met.
Carry out product training for clients as and when required.
Works with T&M sales and application engineers in Australia and New Zealand to identify and provide R&S solutions tailored to customers’ needs.

Your qualifications

Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or Electrical / Telecommunication Engineering, or related field.
