Your tasks

  • Understand customer needs and identify how Rohde & Schwarz body scanner products can provide technical solutions
  • Cultivate new customer relationships and develop into lasting partnerships
  • Expand and grow existing customer relationships
  • Grow market share and exceed quota
  • Build and manage a strong sales funnel
  • Provide input and feedback to product marketing, service and development groups on customer product and application requirements

Your qualifications

  • BS or MS in technical area (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics) with MBA preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of technical degree
  • 10+ years’ experience of sales/capture experience to customers in the commercial and/or non-aviation market segments with a focus on scanning system sales
  • Experience managing large account/program level acquisition processes, regulations and requirements
  • Technical and/or program management experience.
  • Strong business development and marketing skills with the ability to manage multiple sales projects at once
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (occasional international travel required)
  • To be considered, candidates must have US citizenship or permanent work authorization

This is a full-time position with a total compensation target salary (base + bonus) range of $120k-200k plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
