Hardware Development : Digital Architect (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Define the digital architecture of mixed signal ASICs
• Discuss with product development team the requirements and propose ASIC solutions to it
• Work together with the analog architect and the technical team to develop complex components
• Define and implement digital blocks in a mixed signal IC
• Communicate and collaborate with external ASIC partners and suppliers
• Select and integrate IP like SerDes, UCIe, SRAM
• Create testbenches and verify digital designs
• Synthesize RTL code and support place & route

Your qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering
• In-depth professional experience in the development of Digital or Mixed Signal ASICs
• Digital design methodology, from digital design entry (VHDL, Verilog, etc.) over synthesized netlists and to (physical description in GDS)
• Knowledge and experience in verification methodologies (UVM) for complex digital circuits
• Knowledge on interface protocols like UCIe, JESD, PCIe, etc.
• Experience in implementing digital I/Os, Serializer and Deserializer
• Experience in implementing Design For Test
• Cadence and Synopsys CAD Tools
• Communicate fluently in English, spoken and written, German skills are nice to have
