Role description: - Monitor compliance with environmental legal requirements across the company’s projects and construction sites; - Coordinate the environmental regulatory compliance process and oversee the implementation of obligations applicable to the organization; - Manage relationships with environmental authorities and regulatory/control bodies; - Coordinate the obtaining, updating, and monitoring of environmental permits, approvals, agreements, authorizations, and reporting requirements; - Organize and monitor waste management activities, including selective collection, record-keeping, transportation, recovery, and disposal through authorized operators; - Verify compliance with waste traceability requirements and monitor waste transportation and recovery documentation; - Conduct periodic visits to departments to verify compliance with environmental requirements and identify potential non-compliance risks; - Monitor environmental aspects generated by construction site activities, including waste, dust emissions, noise, soil and water protection, and hazardous substances; - Coordinate the investigation of environmental incidents and monitor the implementation of corrective actions; - Consolidate and analyze environmental performance indicators at company level and prepare environmental aspects analyses; - Collect, verify, and consolidate data required for ESG and sustainability reporting; - Participate in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and the company’s ESG objectives; - Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations on environmental performance and ESG indicators; - Collaborate with operational departments to implement measures aimed at reducing environmental impact and improving ESG performance; - Participate in environmental management system audits and certification processes and monitor the implementation of resulting corrective/improvement actions; - Monitor legislative changes in the environmental and ESG fields and propose the measures required to ensure compliance; - Contribute to the preparation of documentation and responses required for tenders and projects involving environmental or sustainability requirements; - Support employee training and awareness activities related to environmental protection and ESG principles; - Prepare the carbon footprint assessment for products placed on the market.

  • Define the ESG strategy and objectives together with management;
  • Identify material topics across the E (Environmental), S (Social), and G (Governance) pillars;
  • Collect and consolidate ESG data from various departments and monitor relevant indicators;
  • Analyze ESG risks and opportunities and propose improvement measures;
  • Support ESG/sustainability reporting and prepare management summaries;
  • Reduce the risk of greenwashing through responsible communication supported by data and evidence;
  • Propose and monitor CSR projects and the ESG/CSR action plan.

Your qualifications

  • University degree and/or relevant courses in environmental protection, environmental engineering, and carbon footprint assessment;
  • Relevant experience in environmental protection, waste management, environmental reporting, and regulatory compliance;
  • Experience in preparing and managing documentation, records, and reports submitted to environmental authorities;
  • Experience in dealing with relevant institutions and authorities (ANPM, APM, Environmental Guard, etc.);
  • Good knowledge of environmental legislation, waste management, and compliance obligations applicable to the telecommunications sector;
  • Familiarity with ESG principles, sustainability indicators, and non-financial reporting requirements;
  • Knowledge of environmental management systems and ISO 14001 is an advantage;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to consolidate and interpret data;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of information and documentation;
  • Good organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
