Your tasks

Serve as the first customer contact point for the service department
Generate quotations pertaining to service related queries
Assist in commercial and technical order clarification
Processing of service jobs and orders via SAP
Tracking and monitoring of service jobs (end-to-end) to meet committed service deliveries
Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis

Your qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations or relevant field of studies
Prior experience of working with SAP ERP system
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good customer service demeanor, attention to details and possess pro-active mindset
Able to meet stipulated deadlines
Able to work independently as well as a team player across departments
