Reporting to the sales management team you will be responsible for supporting our technical sales engineers and customers. You will be an integral part in delivering sales and customer service goals. As a member of the team, you will raise quotations and place orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. You will be a point of contact for our customers and sales engineers so excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
The role is suited to someone that processes excellent IT skills in particular focused on SAP tools. In addition, this person must have customer service at the forefront of their mind.
Your tasks
- Processing complex customer quotations, orders and correspondence
- Assisting with customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Working to schedules and complete required tasks
- Investigating and resolving customer requirements and problems
- Supporting the sales team
