Your tasks
- 1. End to end order processing function from creating of sales order to invoicing customer. i) Processing Orders:
- Reviewing orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Verifying order details before shipment to prevent delays and customer complaints.
- Administering payments related to orders. ii) Communication:
- Interacting with internal and external customers to address inquiries and resolve order issues.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth order processing. iii) Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and quantity of items are correct and advising for payment. iv) Invoicing and Billing:
- Preparing invoices and resolving billing discrepancies. v) Logistics Coordination:
- Liaison with suppliers and customers for shipping handling and shipping documentations. vi) Computer Competencies:
- Proficiency in using computer systems for order entry and tracking. 2) Assist in sourcing and price comparison. 3) Involve in ISO Internal and External Audit.
