Purchasing : SCM Manager

Your tasks

• Plan and coordinate the entire supply chain process, including purchasing, transportation, and warehousing.
• Lead SC teams in ensuring daily functional effectiveness and problem resolutions.
• Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, factory quality, R&D, and NPI to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services throughout the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, such as safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize inventory holding costs.
• Establish and maintain performance matric and standards that monitor clearly the health of the overall supply chain activities in a transparent manner.
• Establish and maintain Work Instructions and procedures in supply chain topics.
• Joint meetings with stakeholders and suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback or to discuss production forecasts or changes.
• Work closely with other stakeholders to adhere to requirement ISO9001 and ISO14001 (QMS & EMS)
• Establish and maintain relevant KPI & monthly management reporting.

Your qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, SCM, Business or equivalent
• Experience in Electronics industry or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years in one of SCM leadership functions.
