Services : Service Technician - Calibration & Repair T&M equipment

Your tasks

• Inspection, calibration, firmware updates and repair of Rohde & Schwarz test devices meeting committed turnaround time and quality targets.
• National and International onsite repair and calibration campaigns.
• Ensure traceability of service work though customer service reports
• Ongoing training on new devices and technical service procedures and processes

Your qualifications

• Diploma/Master Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication fields of studies
• Good knowledge of Metrology concepts
• Work experience in the area of electronic test & measurement technology in any of the following activities: a) Handling of radiofrequency test instruments for different applications in the electronic field (test, repair, production, etc.). b) Calibration of test instruments.
• Basic IP and networking principles.
• Basic knowledge in computer science.
• Good command of Excel.
• Soft skills: Operational Excellence: focus on quality, process improvement; Customer-orientation;
• Flexibility and availability to travel abroad.
• Strong interest in learning about new technologies and devices in line with new company developments and requirements.
• Good command of written and spoken English (level B1 minimum requirement).
