Your tasks

Assist the department IT Process Organization, with focus on customer large-scale projects
Contribute to diverse IT topics with direct relevance to the business divisions
Take on tasks and responsibilities within sub-projects, depending on experience and interest, to foster personal and professional development as a support for the team
Prepare and refine presentations, project management documentation, and data-driven analyses
Help to foster alignment and planning topics like roadmaps, budgets and project portfolios

Your qualifications

Enrolled student in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable field of studies
Initial experience in project management, business process consulting, or a similar role
Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Quick to grasp new concepts, with strong entrepreneurial thinking and excellent teamwork and communication skills
Strong command of written and spoken English and German
