We have a passive voltage probe ESH2-Z3.
Unfortunately I have datasheets with different specifications for the input impedance:
The one I got with the probe:
1.5 kOhm +-2% || 9 pF
But I have another datasheet with
1.5 kOhm +-2% || 6 pF
Which is the correct input impedance for our probe?
You can differentiate the models, easy. The ident number has been changed for this probe. The older models are 0299.8810.52 and .54 as given in the older version of the datasheet. The change regarding the technical data has been implemented with the new version/model .56
A sticker with the ident number can be found on the probe. Example:
In this case the impedance is 1.5 kOhm +-2% || 6 pF, please refer to the manual/datasheet of model .56
