RTO2000 / RTP - Touch function is lost with external Monitor

When an additional monitor is connected via the HDMI interface, the touch functionality is lost. How can I get the touch functionality back?

Answer

In the RTO Firmware go to "Menu" --> "Settings" --> "Display" --> "Monitor" -->"Tablet PC Settings".

Then you have access to the responsible menu in Windows:

At "Display" select the monitor of the RTO2000 / RTP (this is usually on the first position).

Then click on "Setup".

With your finger just touch the RTO2000 / RTP monitor once --> then the touch functionality is back.
