Automotive ethernet Multigigabit test for link segment. In this video we use the ZNB20 20GHz Vector network analyzer together with an shielded twisted pair (STP) cable assembly using a miniaturized multi-gigabit connector system from TE Connectivity the BEAMnet.
This cable assembly consist of 5 cable segments using 4 in-line connectors. The TE Connectivity BEAMnet connectors support frequencies up to 15GHz. The ZNB20 is used to measure the performance of this cable assembly against the OPEN Alliance TC9 standard.
Sdd11 Return Loss, Sdd21 Insertion Loss and propagation delay are measured.
