Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity has entered into a technology partnership with Avira
Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity’s provide advanced security and traffic control for enterprise networks that range from office networks through to distributed enterprise networks. It uses an integrated local and cloud-based anti-malware engine and a cloud-based utility that includes machine learning and sandboxing by Avira. Moreover the integration of Avira’s Anti-malware SDK (SAVAPI) and the Avira ICAP Anti-virus Server into the firewall provide additional protection to users against malware and builds a complete security solution from three of Germany’s top IT companies: LANCOM Systems, Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity and Avira each individually hold TeleTrusT’s IT Security made in Germany seal.
Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity’s integration of Avira’s anti-malware technology ensures that firewall customers benefit from the highest possible levels of security, performance, and privacy, and protection against new and emerging threats.
Partnering with Avira gives cyber-security leaders such as Rohde and Schwarz Cybersecurity access to Avira’s world class malware analysis, threat prevention and threat intelligence. Integration is done through a range of SDKs, APIs and machine-readable threat intelligence feeds.
