Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity at CYBERWOMEN 2019

Digitalization and the ensuing increase in cyberattacks are changing the security requirements of public and private organizations alike. At the same time, the proportion of women in IT security is still low, although there are more female IT security experts than we tend to assume.

Up until now, there has been no public forum in Germany where women in the cybersecurity industry could periodically come together to exchange experiences. CYBERWOMEN 2019 (#cyberw19) aims to remedy that: on June 25, 2019, female experts from the field will meet at the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft in Munich from 9 am to 7 pm to network and exchange ideas.

Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity will also take part in this event. At 2.10 pm, Dr. Anna Fischer, Principal Security Architect at Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity, will participate in a panel discussion on the topic of “Cyber Defense & Security Architecture + Open Floor: current trends and challenges” together with other representatives of the industry.
