In this paper, we present results from a channel measurement campaign at 67 GHz in Tokyo with focus on the delay spread (DS) and azimuth angle of departure spread (ASD). With mean values of 15.7 ns and 20.1° for a 20 dB threshold, the DS is lower than assumed in the current 3GPP channel model and the ASD is very similar. In the given scenario, both measures show a distinct trend over distance. They reach maximum values in the distance range around 50 m and decrease significantly at smaller and larger distances.
