Logistic Officer (12 months Contract)

Your tasks

• Review and verify draft Customs Forms (K1, K2, K8) from various couriers and freight forwarders
• Prepare and submit import/export customs exemption applications to the LMW Customs Unit and maintain filing for regulatory compliance
• Perform data entry for import/export declarations, incoming processes and posting entries for reconciliation and cycle counts
• Prepare and submit monthly value-added reports to Customs and maintain the Bonded Warehouse Report
• Conduct bi-monthly components reconciliation and monthly/bi-monthly cycle counts, including variance verification
• Support inbound warehouse operations and participate in projects to improve receiving processes and RTV (Return to Vendor) flows.

Your qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/logistics or equivalent disciplines
• Experience with SAP transactions
• Familiarity with Malaysian customs forms (K1, K2, K8, K9) and LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) regulations
• Ability to handle high volumes of shipping documents, exemption applications, and regulatory filing
• Experience in performing cycle counts, components reconciliation, and managing variance reports
• Capable of preparing detailed monthly, quarterly, and bonded warehouse reports
• Ability to liaise effectively with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal stakeholders
