Addressing security at the Washington state department of children, youth & families juvenile rehabilitation
In 2024, the Washington Administrative Code 246-230 established new safety limits on security screening systems which use ionizing x-ray radiation energy for general-use and limited-use. To address the change in law, Echo Glen and Green Hill School facilities selected the Rohde & Schwarz QPS201 security scanner to replace their existing systems.
