Automotive radome tester enhancement from Rohde & Schwarz brings new level of precision to material reflection measurementsRohde & Schwarz has enhanced its R&S QAR quality automotive radome tester, a tailored solution for radar integration testing to analyze and evaluate the radar compatibility of radomes and bumpers. With the new R&S QAR-K50 single-cluster measurement software, OEMs and tier 1 suppliers are able to achieve measurement results very close to those obtained with a vector network analyzer (VNA) and a quasi-optical (QO) setup, but in a nondestructive and 2-dimensional way. In addition, users benefit from the intuitive R&S QAR operating concept.
