Your tasks

  • Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical support to customers across Germany and Europe, addressing technical queries, troubleshooting issues and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations, hands‑on demonstrations and technical trainings both onsite and remotely.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product engineering and product management to translate customer requirements into practical solutions and product improvements.
  • Gather, document and communicate customer feedback and use cases to inform product roadmap and enhancements.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in power electronics and high‑speed digital applications.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned region (Germany and broader Europe) to support customers onsite.
  • Stay sharp by continuously honing your oscilloscope expertise and application knowledge together with our extensive training possibilities.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • Prior experience with oscilloscopes or other test & measurement instruments preferable
  • Practical experience in power electronics (power supplies, motor control, etc.) or high‑speed digital applications; hands‑on work with serial/parallel bus systems is preferable.
  • Solid understanding of power electronic applications; experience in signal integrity (SI/PI) or other high‑speed digital techniques is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in customer‑facing technical roles (FAE, applications engineering, technical support or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally across Europe (> 30%)
  • Driver license needed
