Your tasks
- Identification of competencies relevant for the support service
- Development of a support service-specific competency model
- Implementation of a suitable method to evaluate competencies (tests, interviews, performance assessments, feedback from supervisors).
- Setup of a global accreditation program incl. auditing (-process)
- Monitoring and controlling of qualification reports in cooperation with local R&S entities.
- Integration of capability management into strategic HR processes (recruitment, planning, and development).
- Identification of training needs (based on competency management).
- Planning of training and development programs, including train-the-trainer programs, seminar design, and quality checks in cooperation with the R&S training academy.
- Evaluation and continuous improvement of training.
- Budget planning and controlling of training programs.
