How to connect HMExplorer to the instrument

The latest version of the HMExplorer should be located at
http://www.hameg.com/software.0.html?&no_cache=1&L=1&tx_hmdownloads_pi1
[mode]=download&tx_hmdownloads_pi1[uid]=7647
Proceed as follows:
Open your device manager
Check the box for 'Load VCP'
Unplug the HAMEG device (e.g. the HMP4040)
Wait about 10 sec
Plug it back in
You should now see:
